Position Title: Associate Consultant

Job profile

·       Participate in teams to perform structured analyses, assess findings and develop recommendations

·       Collect, organize and analyze demographic, organizational, market and financial data using computer software and analytic techniques

·       Participate in business process decomposition and re-engineering in technology implementation project teams

·       Prepare documents, including graphics and text creation for client presentations

·       Perform client interviews, assist in interview guide development and summarize interview notes

·       Contribute to the HighPoint product line by assisting in the development of solutions

Salary: $50,000

Location:   Home location must be in the Boston area, Philadelphia area, or Central/Northern New Jersey.  

Travel:  This position is for a field consultant.  Consultants must be willing to travel regularly to client sites and will be assigned to projects throughout the United States. 

Training:  Associate Consultants will go through a three-week training program called LaunchPoint to provide them with consulting skills as well as an introduction to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
