International IT Graduate Program
Description: Over the course of this two year program you’ll gain experience in a diverse and challenging range of IT enabled projects across our global markets, starting in the US before heading off to China, Singapore or our global HQ in the UK to implement your expertise. Accountabilities:
You’ll be liaising with business users and stakeholders across Dyson globally to support the management of change initiatives across all Dyson’s markets using IT systems and business applications. Starting off in our US Headquarters in Chicago you’ll spend the first 12 months rotating around a number of different roles to build your knowledge and expertise; Business Analyst Identify business requirements and deliver designs that meet business needs Support a variety of delivery methods to ensure stakeholders are engaged and their feedback is managed appropriately to enable project success. Partner with test analysts to identify design elements to interrogate to ensure they are aligned with the overall project plan. Project Management Service Delivery
From there you’ll spend the second year of the program in one of our markets supporting global projects. This could be China, Singapore or our global HQ in the United Kingdom depending on your skillset – you’ll need to be prepared to go wherever we need you. Skills:Our most successful Dyson employees have more than just academic smarts – and we’ll expect you to have practical knowledge and experience that will help you contribute to our mantra of ‘wrong-thinking’ and doing things better. You’ll also need a head for data and great communication skills. A relevant IT degree is preferred with experience of Project management advantageous but your knowledge could also be from other degree disciplines so long as you can demonstrate your technical understanding.
We’ll need you to demonstrate your passion for working in a fast-paced environment and desire to deliver projects that directly impact business operations on a global level. As you’ll spend the second year of the program overseas, we’ll also need you to be globally mobile so additional language capabilities would be a bonus. |
