Project Manager
agencyQ is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team in downtown Washington, DC. We seek a detail-oriented professional who is looking to grow their career with us. Candidate must be enthusiastic about all things digital, delivering an outstanding client experience and high-quality work. Candidate must also be able to work independently and have strong communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the successful delivery of assigned projects on time, on budget, within our high-quality standards
- Responsible for scoping projects, communicating with relevant internal teams and clients and managing these projects from inception through completion
- Monitor, enforce and update all work flow, timelines and deadlines
- Evaluate project expenditures & revenue potential
- Assist in the creation of proposals, change orders and internal reports
- Manage assigned projects to meet or exceed project sold at margin and budget parameters
- Facilitate clear, concise and accurate client communications
- Review, analyze and evaluate client business systems and user needs while helping to formulate solutions that align with client’s overall business strategies
- Work with account management team to identify and sell change orders and other incremental revenue opportunities within existing client base
- Advocate internally for the best interests and needs of the client
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or other related field
- 3-5 years of prior Project Manager experience
- Extremely detail oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate
- Ability to collaborate with both external and internal team members and stakeholders
- Fluent understanding of the unique characteristics of digital projects
- Comprehensive understanding of project financials (Resources, Time, Budget, EV, BAC, etc.)
- Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink or comparable project management tools
- Experience working in an agile environment will be considered a plus
