Position Summary
- The candidate shall perform activities related with analytical data processing, analysis and organization. In addition, candidate will be involved in the development of data bases and performing digital signal analysis.
- The candidate shall perform entry level professional chemistry laboratory work of a routine nature. This will require the application of general and specialized laboratory methods, techniques, and the use of laboratory instrumentation. This position offers experience in supporting an on-market, FDA regulated Point-of-Care blood gas device.
Responsibilities
Key Attributes
- Data collected from the laboratory shall be analyzed with basic statistics using Microsoft Excel and similar programs.
- Other related duties shall be performed as assigned.
Qualifications
Min. Knowledge & Experience
- BS degree candidate in Statistics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical/System/Chemical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Software Skills: knowledge in Python and MatLab
- Digital signal processing and machine learning would be also preferable
- Experience working in a laboratory environment, Excel or statistical programs is a plus
