Your Role:
·      Execute smaller project work streams requiring limited judgement and decision making;
·      Build statistical models to predict customer behavior, build financial models to estimate impact of our recommendations, analyze customer data using advanced statistical software and tools (e.g. SAS, R, SPSS, etc.) on smaller project work streams within defined guidelines and instructions;
·      Analyze quantitative surveys (e.g. conjoint models, van westendorp models, etc.), conduct primary desk research on pertinent companies/industries with supervision;         
·      Conduct modeling (e.g., multi-regression analysis and forecasting models, profit simulations on transaction data) within defined guidelines;     
·      Utilize basic understanding of marketing, pricing, and management concepts which could be applied to address client’s challenges;    
·      Create and prepare analytical reports and analysis for slide presentations, write documentation for analysis, and develop client-facing tools using Excel macro language on specific, smaller work streams to be presented to client management;
·      Contribute to the execution of new tools and methodologies under supervision of Directors or Senior Consultants;       
·      Prepare SKP Universities on new project types and methodologies;         
·      Contribute to SKP’s business development in R3 division through supporting the preparation of briefing decks and proposals under supervision from Partners and Directors;
·      Support the buildup of the office through involvement in recruiting activities
 
Your Profile:
·      Possess an undergraduate degree in business administration, statistics, economics, or comparable fields.
·      Relevant work experience in either management consulting or relevant industry is required with undergraduate degree; Relevant experience in either management consulting or relevant required with a one-year Masters degree
·      Familiarity with Microsoft productivity software: PowerPoint, Word, Excel;
·      Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, quantitative skills and teamwork skills;
·      English language proficiency, additional language skills welcomed.
