The Role
We are excited to bring eager, talented students on board and provide them with an unparalleled internship experience. The Entegris Intern Program consists of real work experience, cross-functional learning and development opportunities, and a variety of social and volunteering events.
The engineering student intern in this role will assist with special projects and research activities that support customer requests or internal development activities.
In this role you will:
- Support all the market segments (fluid handling, and sensing and control).
- Gain experience in and exposure to the industry
- Be a resource for the new product development team and the broader company
- Create documentation for assembly of small plastic valves and testing of small plastic valves
- Work with NPD engineering, quality, and others
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
- Has completed 2+ years of secondary education
- Has a positive attitude with the ability to work with other team members
- A drive to help solve problems encountered in NPD, testing, and production issues
- Willingness to listen and learn from other teammates
- Desired major: Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or similar fields of study
