I liked how the resources and benefits for full time employees were also available for us summer interns. Also the engage team I was with was very nice

It would be really nice if there were more in-person intern events, like happy hours or some sort of networking opportunity

Don't stress out about the internship. Your seniors will explain to you what your task means, and you will complete it correctly and promptly. Just trust your abilities!

Everyone at the firm was very friendly - there was adequate support and training and they made us feel included in the firm, despite only being there for a few weeks

My internship was online, so it would have been nice to participate in functions in person as opposed to virtually

Do not be afraid to speak up or ask for help - they all really want to help you enjoy and embrace the firm

What I liked
I really enjoyed the community that PwC has to offer. You meet people with very similar goals and even similar hobbies. I was given actual work that will be used with clients and was able to showcase my abilities to my bosses with presentations.
What I wish was different
I worked at PwC when we were all remote. I would have to say I wish there were more in-person meetings or client meetups.
Advice
Be open to finding out that you won't know everything when you start working there. Everyone knows that as well. There's is a learning curve, but you are helped throughout the way and you will learn a lot during the whole experience, not just about your position, but about other parts/jobs in the company.

I highly advise asking your connections and your team members for their help facilitating an experience if there is a specific experience that you wish to have during the internship (e.g., I requested a one-on-one meeting with a partner at the firm).

The people I worked with were amazing!! Really supportive network from all levels of the hierarchy

The internship was fully virtual, which I know was unavoidable due to the pandemic, but it would have been nice to see some people in person at least a few times

I would encourage everyone to connect with as many people as possible, especially people from different groups in the company, to fully understand the wide array of experiences available to you.
